We’re currently looking for:

Sales – Account Executive

Location:  Flexible

Position Summary:

Developing and expand business opportunities, and manage the full life-cycle of B2B software sales. Target, educate and motivate new customers to embrace FLODocs.. We’ve already experienced incredible success selling to large enterprises remotely; therefore travel requirements for this position will be limited – for occasional key customers

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quota expectations on new business targets.
  • Drive sales activity of assigned leads that were generated and assigned from dedicated inside sales team, marketing campaigns & events activities, and alliance events
  • Present the FLODocs value proposition via customer meetings, cold calling, and any other appropriate selling channel
  • Sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers
  • Create long-term business relationships with current and future clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as required.

Required Experience

  • 2-5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS technology or software oriented business
  • Highly motivated and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • History of successful quota or sales objectives
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Some travel may be occasionally required

Partner Account Manager

Location:  Flexible

Position Summary:

The Partner Account Manager is responsible for the implementation of the FLODocs Channel Partner Program and drive sales through the Partner Channel.  The Partner Account Manager contributes to the strategy and design of the program, including program requirements, policies, partner benefits, partner management tools, and transaction process requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with target Channel Partners.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Channel Partners to establish and manage alignment between Sales, Customer Success, and other internal departments at FLODocs.
  • Providing overarching support and management of the daily needs and requirements of our Channel Partners aligning all activities with the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Inform  Channel Partners of new initiatives and solutions from FLODocs
  • Initiate and prioritize solution training with targeted Channel Partners
  • Execute operational go-to-market plans related to work activities defined by the FLODocs Marketing Plan targeted at Channel Partners.
  • Bringing market and industry intelligence through the Partner Channel.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of work related experience in high-tech marketing, product marketing, or channel partner program management (preferably SaaS)
  • 2+ years experience working with ERP Implementation Partners
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be self driven to work with minimal direction.
  • MS/BS required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment

Sales Coordinator

Location:  Flexible

Position Summary:

The Customer Success – NetSuite Functional Consultant is responsible for the delivery of FLODocs implementation and customer/ partner training.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting salespeople in their customer service activities.
  • Creating estimates from quotations provided by the salesperson
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage inbound web form info/ sales inquiries
  • Sending invoices and coordinating with FLODocs A/R
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success team to transition new customers to implementation

Required Experience

  • 4 year college degree
  • Strong communication & organization skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • The ability to quickly learn software systems

Customer Success – NetSuite Technical Consultant

Location:  Flexible

Position Summary:

The Customer Success – NetSuite Technical Consultant is responsible for the delivery of FLODocs implementation and customer/ partner training related to NetSuite automation, scripts, workflows and configuration.  Working with the Customer Success team and FLODocs Development team, the NetSuite Technical Consultant will ensure that the technical aspects of our communications, materials and guides are clear, accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to implement and get maximum value from FLODocs
  • Must be able to independently manage customer relations during implementation
  • Analyze needs and lead sessions to train customers/ partners on FLODocs Methodologies
  • Manage multiple customers in different phases of FLODocs implementation
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Development Team to:
    • Trouble shoot customer issues
    • Beta test new features and releases
    • Contribute to technical portions of User Guides and Case Studies
    • Identify new requirements of our customers/ partners

Required Experience

  • Consulting and configuration experience with NetSuite
  • Customer relationship skills
  • Project management
  • Experience with Change Management and SOX Compliance preferred

Technical Competencies

  • 2 to 5 years experience with NetSuite – NetSuite certification preferred
  • Hands on working knowledge of:
    • ERP Design and Development
    • Custom Development (e.g. Javascript)
    • Bundles, scripts, customization and workflows
    • Performance Measurement/ Reporting
